DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please allow 6-8 business days for USA domestic delivery. All orders are shipped discretely in a standard plain or USPS box. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address in the event we need to contact you regarding your purchase. Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping Please allow 8-21 Business Days for International Delivery. International orders are shipped via USPS. Please be sure to include a PHONE NUMBER for USPS Delivery. International orders may be subject to Custom's import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, the fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Banana Pants is unable to predict or control custom charges as they are levied by the destination country. International delivery times may vary depending on customs protocols of receiving country.  All standard international deliveries will be delivered by the postal service of the receiving country. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship via USPS International.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at their discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. Banana Pants LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan.

RETURN POLICY
Toys are non returnable and non exchangeable to comply with US Health Code Regulations.
